Our Returns Policy and Directive on distance selling
In compliance with the European Directive on distance selling (which is incorporated into UK law by the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000). You are entitled to cancel your order and return any goods sold to you within 7 days for a full refund of the price paid, providing:
The goods are returned in perfect condition and unused and with all packaging intact.
You understand that all delivery charges must be met by you.
We will then endevour to provide a total refund as soon as the goods are returned, and in any event within 30 days.
If your order is incorrect, damaged or otherwise unsatisfactory, you MUST report it to us within 48 hours. In genuine cases, either a full refund will be made or, in agreement with you, replacement items will be sent. Please refer to our terms and conditions (use the link above) for full details. |
