Domain Name Registrations

If you have registered your domain name through either Weborama or Netcadia, you can contact us with any queries as follows:

Abuse

If you wish to raise a complaint about abuse you have received (phishing scams, spam emails etc), please contact us at abuse@weborama.co.uk with as much detail about the abuse. We will investigate your complaint immediately and respond to your complain within 5 business days.

Complaints & Escalation Process

We can only improve on our services with valid feedback from you, our customers. If you wish to make a complaint about a service you have received, please submit an email to us at domains@weborama.co.uk, or by telephone at 0207 193 9907 including as much detail from the issue you have. We will acknowledge your complaint within 1 business day and aim to resolve any issues within 5 business days.

Charges & Renewal Procedures

Our charges are as follows:

.UK Domains: £10 per 2 year registration period. Domain names should be renewed approximately 1 month before renewal date.

International domain (.com, .net, .org) £20 per 2 year registration period. Domain names should be renewed approximately 1 month before renewal date.

We will email you to warn of domain name expiry and renewal as follows:

If you do not renew your domain before its expiry date it will have all services we provide suspended and you will have up to 30 days (protected period) after to renew the domain name at the original renewal fee (see above). After 30 days your domain will be suspended and will go into a 60 day grace period which you can still renew your domain name but with an additional redemption fee of £50 for UK domains and £150 for international domains. This must be requested by email before the 80th day after your domain has expired, after 90 days your domain will be cancelled and deleted from the register and made available for resale through a third party registrar.

If you wish to move your domain name to another registrar there is no charge for doing so providing notice is given 6 weeks before the expiry date of the domain name.

For UK domains, simply provide us with the Nominet TAG of the provider you wish to move to. We will release the domain to your new provider in not less than 5 working days

For international domains, we will email a release "key" which you should then foward to your new provider to implement the move. The domain will be claimed by your new provider.

Contract Termination

If you no longer wish to carry on with your contract with , please email me no less than 6 weeks before your services are due to be renewed. Your account will only be deemed as terminated once all outstanding balances have been paid in full. Domains will only be considered for transfer once all balances have been settled, and we will not charge you for transferring a domain(s) away to another service. The customer acknowledges that, termination of the agreement for any reason will result in ceasing to provide the applicable services, with the consequences that flow from such cessation, including (but not limited to), deletion of data .e.g. hosting account(s) and mail boxes.
